AI puts more (not less) pressure on people

The aviation industry figured this out decades ago. More automation didn't mean less pilot training. It meant more rigorous simulation, because the stakes of human error went up - not down. Your crisis team is the same story.

FAQ

What is a drill?

A drill (also known as an exercise or training simulation) is a short, immersive experience based on a real incident. Drills help assess how incident response actually unfolds, revealing strengths as well as opportunities for improvement.

What's in the drill library?

Our library of drill simulations is designed to address all key learning objectives related to incident response, covering both technical and non-technical skills. The simulations are based on a range of cyber and non-cyber scenarios. In the ‘organiser’ package, you can select any combination of drills for any number of users.

What if we don’t have frequent major incidents?

That’s common – and expected. Uptime Labs focuses on improving learning, preparedness and decision-making, not just reacting to large or frequent failures.

I have a large team (25+ users). Am I eligible for a discount?

Yes. We’re happy to talk through your needs and help find a pricing option that fits your team and experience.
