Is it really free?

Yes. Sign up and start playing. No credit card, no setup and no sales call.

Do I need to install or connect anything?

No. Everything runs in your browser. You never connect your own systems. We bring the production environment, the outage and the people asking for updates.

What is a drill?

An ultra-realistic simulation based on a real incident. You dig through live dashboards and logs, coordinate in an incident channel and keep the CEO, CTO and customer service informed while the clock runs. Drills cover the technical side of incident response and the human side.

How is this different from a tabletop exercise?

In a tabletop you talk through what you would do. In a drill you actually do it, under time pressure, with real signals and real stakeholder noise. That's what builds incident muscle memory, and you get objective feedback instead of a debrief based on gut feel.

We don't have big incidents very often. Is it still worth it?

That's exactly when practice matters most. If your team rarely sees a major incident, the first one is the worst time to learn. Drills build the habits and decision-making so an unexpected bad day is a shorter one.
